Shipping Policy

Art Prints

All art prints 16x20 inches and smaller are printed in-house in our studio, and all larger prints are printed by and dropshipped from a third party printing company via UPS. Prints 12x16 inches and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer, while prints larger than 12x16 are rolled in tissue and kraft paper and shipped in a sturdy shipping art tube.

Orders will ship once a week, so please allow about 3-7 business days for your art prints to ship. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to the 3-7 business days of processing time.

Original Artwork

Original canvas paintings will be wrapped tightly in bubble wrap, padded extremely well, and sent in a well-fitting sturdy cardboard box.

The painting will be shipped from my studio in New York via USPS or UPS with tracking & insurance. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your original artwork to be fully dried, varnished and packaged. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to the 1-3 weeks of processing time.

Holiday Deadlines

December 8th is the last day to place an order and have it arrive before Christmas Day (this is an estimate and applies to US/Canada only). We are not responsible for postal delays in shipping. Orders after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Duties & Taxes (International Shipping)

The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Art Prints

We are not able to offer refunds or returns on art prints as all prints are "made to order". Art prints may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for prints in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You may exchange a print for another print of equal or greater value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, paying any difference in price, and will be charged a 5% restocking fee based on the price of the print(s) being exchanged. To start an exchange, please contact us at hello@bonniezhou.com. Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your original artwork. 

Damages & Liabilities

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS). Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork are handled on a case by case basis and must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the artwork is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
